Pre-Ballet
This 30 minute class is designed for 3 & 4 year olds, using creativity to emphasize
flexibility,  posture, foot exercises, and the beginning elements of Ballet.

Pre-Ballet/Tap
45 minute combination class introduces students age 4 & 5 to the
technique in Ballet and Tap, while still developing
motor skills, coordination, and rhythm.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz
ages 5&6 continues to develop their skills in tap and ballet and
introduces students to jazz appropriate for their age

Ballet
Terminology, ballet history, proper technique and development is
emphasized for students 6 & older.
Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance and is the foundation
for all other forms of dance and develops a dancer’s strength, balance,
stamina, discipline, flexibility, poise, control,
confidence, and  much more.

Cecchetti  Method
This class is more for the serious minded dance student.
It is offered to students 8 and older.
Cecchetti students, if interested, may take exams in front of
register examiners after each level they complete.

Pointe  
This class is for students ages 12 & up with at least 2 years of Ballet training.
This class requires the instructor’s approval. Students must be tested
before determining if eligible for Pointe

Tap
B
asic tap steps, turns, jumps  terminology, & tap combinations
using basic to intricate rhythms.

Jazz
This free form of dance is great for flexibility and extension.
Jazz class incorporates opening center stretches,
across the floor motor skills and combinations for ages 6 & up.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a form of dance that is over 30 years old and has
become a very popular style of dance. It combines funk and street styles
along with jazz technique. It  is fast paced with warm-ups, centre technique  that
will promote strength, and coordination.

Lyrical
uses a combination of strong ballet technique along with the expression of jazz
and modern dance styles. It is expressive and technically challenging.

Musical Theatre
Students ages 8 & older will experience the combination of
song, dance and acting in one up beat class.


Class placements are determined by the student’s age and ability
